I'm using trial version. No hand grabber. Importing manually using "get hands from disk".

I've only played 25NL and 50NL on Ignition since 5/21/24. No casino. No tourneys. Only 25NL and 50NL 6 max ring. No Zone.
I have no available hands to download and I haven't played on Iggy in over 24 hours.
All available hands are downloaded and imported.

PT4 says I'm up 253.64 but I'm actually up 235.52.

When I do a manual import it says "Import complete. No hands or summaries in 57 files were imported. (1 error, 5,455 duplicates)."

There are indeed 57 HH files in the folder. However, under stats it only shows 5451 hands.

Please zip/compress your sample of hands. Next open a Support Ticket with the details you posted here and attach that sample of hands to the ticket.

Also... no hands in "'processed" folder.

Manually imported hands ('Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk') are not archived to the 'Processed folder' - they stay in the folder they were imported from. Only auto-imported files ('Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing') are moved to the 'Processed' folder:

- create a new database and
- import them all into the new database and
- compare to the first database?

I don't know why it would be different?
