New user, problem with PostgreSQL when creating new database

Hi, I have recently downloaded the trial version of PT4 and when it tries to create a new database the error message that I attached below shows up. My postgreSQL is running (I also restarted it just in case), it has the firewall permisions and works fine with HM. My version is 8.4 for what is worth. Any ideas? Thanks

PostgreSQL v8.4 reached its end-of-life in 2014 and is below the minimum required version for PokerTracker 4. To fix the issue you will need to install and use PostgreSQL version v12 - see this guide:
