My PT4 bug

Hello,
this is the message i have ( PokerTracker has experienced issues updating the cache and needs to validate stats to determine the cause. This may take some time. Would you like to do this now ).


Has anyone had this problem on PT4? I have already rebuilt the cache in custom mode in Database Management but nothing, uninstalled the software IDEM.
I still can't receive my hands.

So far, I've downloaded my Winamax history to swap hands but nothing. I've also tried changing the path or resetting it, uninstalling the software, resetting the PC, changing the site, emptying the cache, rebuilding the cache but NOTHING!
Today I deleted everything: the application, my hands, but it's all the same. After today's session, it's impossible, I get the same message. The graph in View Stats is empty, and the same goes for the HH history in PT4 (even though I track my profile well).

Try a full cache rebuild instead. If that doesn't fix it then turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce the problem and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can check your log files. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.

I was able to solve the issue by deleting custom statistics and custom columns.
Custom Columns have a switch to cache or not, maybe that is already the solution to switrch that off. But in my case I just deleted the columns.
