J'ai installé Poker Tracker 4.

Dés le démarrage j'ai ce message qui s'affiche "Unable to login to database (postgres). Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "???" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?"

et si je fais les détails je n'arrive pas a me connecter à un serveur.

When you installed PokerTracker 4 did it ask if it could install PostgreSQL for you? If so did you notice if the PostgreSQL install completed successfully or not? Click your Windows Start button then type the following command:

services.msc

and click on it when it appears. Do you see the PostgreSQL service in the list? What version is it? Is it started, or can you start it? What is its 'Status' and 'Startup Type'?
