Many duplicate hands

Yesterday I installed the new version of pokertracker, when I was in my poker session I noticed that the pokerstars hud and some other rooms had disappeared, what I realized was that it was too late to import the hands, they were not in real time. Today I entered PT4 again to see if I could solve that problem and I see that I have 577 duplicate hands and 4 errors.
Can someone help me with this?

It's possible that this is an issue related to your database so if your database isn't that large go to to 'Database -> Database Management', select your database and then 'Rebuild Cache -> Full Cache Rebuild'. If that doesn't fix it then turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue you've described by playing on a table for a few minutes and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
