Problem whit importing hands

I updated the latest version of PT4 and it does not detect GG Poker hands.
After updating the version, I select the hands file to import it, it has approximately a thousand hands and it only detects 30 and I get the following warning:

PokerTracker has experienced issues updating the cache and needs to validate stats to determine the cause.
This may take some time. Would you like to do this now?.

If the running the validation when prompted doesn't fix the problem then please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Reproduce the issue by importing some hands again and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
