PT4 auto import and reindex somewhat broken

Hi,

I have an issue that never occured before,

auto import when running doesnt want to stop if i chose to, while it is not importing anything.
I then tried to do db housekeeping and the reindex is running but doesnt seem to work as its running for more than 30 minutes, which is not normal, usually only takes couple of minutes on my setup (ssd). im really worry for my db

Unfortunately you are using a very old version of PostgreSQL (v8.4) which reached its end of life in 2014. I'd recommend not using this database anymore and upgrading PostgreSQL to our recommended version (v12). You can export your hands/tournaments along with any player/hand notes if you have them (Database -> Notes) and then reimport that information into a new database after PostgreSQL has been upgraded. If you need any assistance with that process then open a Support Ticket where a technician can give you further guidance. In the meantime you can also create a new database if you need to use PokerTracker 4 while playing.
