Add bonus on my session

Good evening,
I am a player of cashgame and I would like include in my result my bonus (bet, cashback, promotion, jackpot etc) but unpossible to find how do that.
I tryed to copy an hand and amend it with a specific value but nothing, pt4 go in error.

May you have any solution for that ? Cumum bonus has some impact on the result and the bankroll.

There isn't a method for adding bonuses so you would need to create a fake hand history to show you winning the amount of your bonus by making a copy of an existing hand history and changing the details. If you do this for a stake that you don't play, or for another site and alias the screennames, then you could filter in or out your bonus/winnings. If you are having trouble with that then please attach your hand history (original and edited) to a Support Ticket.

I tried to amend an hand but PT4 can't import it. Do you have a tutorial for do that ?

There isn't a tutorial available for that and there are many different formats of hand histories so if you are having trouble then please attach your hand history (original and edited) to a Support Ticket. Also if the hand is being reported as a duplicate when importing you will need to change the hand number so it doesn't get recognised as a duplicate hand.

Now i don't know how do that.

My tracker see hands played but when i go in the folder, there is nothing, same when i go as from the application. Now i can tell i haven't hh played but PTF4 account anyway.

I'd recommend just choosing a hand from your PokerTracker 4 database then exporting it (right click on the hand in a hand report and choose 'Export Original Hand History') and then editing the exported hand.

With regards to the hand histories provided by your poker site then PokerTracker 4 archives those files to your 'Processed' folder:
