It is saying my Trial has been used up, I have not used it.

I have not used pokertracker before. It is saying that my trial has ended. Is there anything I can do? All I did was install it like a week ago. I just now added money to americas cardroom to try it out and it is saying my trial is over. I have never even ran the app but once to look at it. I never even clicked on anything. I just now looking at the videos on how to use it... How can I get my trial back?
