HUD not showing

I am having this issue as well now that I've installed PT4 on a second computer.

The HUD works fine for Zoom PokerStars tables but not for regular tables. Hands are also importing fine, whether for regular or Zoom tables, but no HUD for regular. It's so frustrating.

I've copied the HUD settings from my other computer to the new installation so I don't think it's that. Can anyone help?

I can send some logs of course but I am not sure what they would show other than hands importing fine into PT4 but no HUD.

I should add that the little icon for the HUD is also not showing at all.

The logs will contain detailed information about what exactly is going on so we can troubleshoot the issue. Please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue by playing on a table for a few minutes and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.

I'm on trial and used it on PLO zoom earlier.
Had it going and shut it down, came back started it up again and no HUD...
Trying to use it on tournaments now and nothing but handhistory... No HUD.
Only working on cashgames.
Not really giving me confidence to use this for long...

If all of your PokerStars hands are importing and the HUD is working on cash games but not tournaments then that can be caused by not having the PokerStars client running in English via 'PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Global -> Language -> English':
