GG Poker Statistics Very Slow?

Hi,

I recently decided to delete all my pokerstars hands apart from this year, I also believe I went through all the housekeeping PT4 recommended like rebuild cache and vacuum. That worked and pokerstars statistics works without any issues. Since then GG Poker has slowed down to a crawl. I have a powerful desktop so no issues on my end. Is there something I can do to fix this issue? Maybe another cache rebuild? I get the feeling there is an issue and it is not normal. For example I could see the hands on the day I played the MTTs via Play poker and my hands but statistics still crawls. Its not even a large amount of hands or mtts I am trying to recall.

edit: Since I posted this the hands or mtts still have not come up, they are hanging, crawling, not sure if they will ever come up.

If you could give me some advice on things I could do to potentially fix this error it would be greatly appreciated.

If the database housekeeping hasn't improved anything then please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue you've described and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your log files and follow up with you. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
