Unfortunately the buy-ins are not included in the hand history or tournament summary file contents for Winning Poker Network (WPN/ACR).
The buy-in is included in the filenames of the summary files in some cases, and PT4 uses that whenever possible, but sometimes it does not exist and sometimes it is in a format that isn't recognised.

Please compress some of your tournament hand history and tournament summary files for tournaments where the buy-in is not recorded, and attach them to a Support Ticket so that we can see if the information is available.

By default the original hand history files will have been moved to the Processed folder, which you can access via File > Open User Data Folder in the PT4 menu.
If you do not have the tournament summary files then please read the WPN Configuration Guide to enable that, as those files are needed too.

Hello, piggybacking on this thread as I am having the same issue.

I see that the tournament and hand histories from ARC are processed and then saved into the "Processed" folder by PokerTracker 4. The files themselves do show the buying and rake amount (e.g. $1 + $0.1 or $2.25 + $0.25), but PokerTracker is not updating this at all in the tournament history and it is still showing $0+$0 for buyins. Also, when you click into the actual file (I opened it just to see the text with notepad++), it does show all the players and their players with the correct prize pool, entries, and each player's places correctly with their prizes up until my place (I think it then just makes the remaining players chip count ranking to assign them their finishes). So it looks like all the data is there in the files, but why is PokerTracker not recognizing it after processing them?

I've attached some screenshots of what I am referring to:

Can you please compress this sample of tournament hand history and tournament summary files and attach them to a Support Ticket so we can take a look at that. Thank you.

Thanks for the quick response, I have just submitted a Support Ticket with the compressed tournament files.
