hands dissappeared

I just had a days worth of hands seemingly dissapear from my database. I've never seen anything like it in over 10 years of using PT. I know they were downloaded because the HUD was reporting them as they came in. Now, almost all of my Thursday hands are gone. Any idea how this could have (seemingly) happened? I can't find them anywhere under my "results" tab. What should I do?

Make sure you don't have any filters or tags active that would be preventing the hands from appearing otherwise please attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window to a Support Ticket along with your sample of hands from that day.

I went ahead and downloaded the hands directly from Ignition, and added them to my database. Which I probably shouldn't have done if I wanted to find out what happened. If it happens again, I'll let you know.
