Winamax Exrpesso multiplier

Hello,

I am running the latest version of the PokerTracker and when Winamax Expresso tournaments are imported, only multipliers of tournaments that I win are registered properly, not those that I don't win.

It doesn't work either when I request the hand history from Winamax and import it to the Pokertracker (after that file was processed by the Winamax client).

Does anyone else have the same issue?

Is the prizepool stated in the files provided to you by Winamax? The prizepool is random in these tournaments so if it isn't stated then it will not be known and as a result the multiplier cannot be calculated. In cases where prizepool information isn't included in the files provided by your poker site then you will need to manually edit that information in PokerTracker 4. If that information is included in your files or you are not sure then you can attach your examples to a Support Ticket.
