Not finding new download of Pokerstars

[Operakid94]

Hi,
Pokerstars forced me to upload a new version, and PT4 doesn't find it. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong. It worked fine until this new version. Thanks

If you haven't updated to the latest version of PokerTracker 4 please do so:

Download PokerTracker 4

If the PokerStars install still isn't being detected you can manually configure your PokerStars hand history folder using 'Add' instead of 'Auto Detect':

PokerStars Configuration Guide

If you need further assistance compress the installer for your PokerStars skin and attach it to a Support Ticket along with your support bundle:

Guide: How to Create & Submit a PokerTracker 4 Support Bundle

I'm afraid that wasn't any help. I'd already done as you had suggested - before I posted. I've been trying everything for a few days. With a new install of PT4 and a new install of Pokerstars, where can a bug be? If it was a bug it would effect everyone.

Please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can check your logs and provide further assistance. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
