Hi I want to buy poker tracker but i dont know what is the diffrence bettwen full version and small stakes what is the max limit small stakes can be visible at cus i am a new player and i play micro tournaments $1.10 up to $5.50 does small stakes support that?

Yes that will be covered with a small stakes license. A PokerTracker 4 small stakes license supports games up to the following limits:

Maximum No Limit/Pot Limit Cash Games: .25/.50 Blinds
Maximum Limit Cash Games: 0.50/1.00 Blinds
Maximum SNG/Tournaments: 22 buy-in
