PT4 stopped showing ACR buy-in/net won

Was working perfectly fine when I first installed the software. A few days ago it stopped automatically populating all of my tourney data (just shows 0 for all buyins and net won and only recognizes players that I shared a table with). I have submitted a ticket for support but haven't gotten a response yet. Anyone manage to solve this issue that may have some advice for me? Thanks!

You will receive a response when our technician reaches your ticket in the queue so please be sure not to reply to it again before then. When you 'bump' your ticket by adding new messages before a technician has replied this resets the date of the ticket and therefore it will show up in the bottom of the queue again.

PokerTracker 4 should be able to read the buy-in data when it is available however this information is in different formats across WPN tournaments or may even be missing altogether. If you have tournaments which are not recording the buy-ins in when using PokerTracker v4.17.8 please compress the relevant hand history/tournament summary files and attach them to a Support Ticket.

Please check that you have configured PokerTracker 4 to import WPN tournament summary files as well as the hand history files:

If you have tournament summaries configured and you still don't get buy-ins recorded for future tournaments please compress some of your hand history and tournament summary files and attach them to a Support Ticket so that we can see if there is enough information available to update the tournament detection rules for these tournaments. In the meantime for any tournaments with incorrect data you can update the information manually in PokerTracker 4 using the Tournament Results window:
