"My Hands" tab not populating

Hello,

I have been having a problem with my pokertracker that began just before the new update (I was hoping the new update would have fixed it). Basically what it says on the Subject, the "My Hands" tab doesn't show any hands at all. It is a bit annoying because I'm very used to browse the hands I play and mark them easily while playing for review afterwards. Now I can only see the hands I play on the Hands Summary tab which only if there is showdown does it especify the hand I held. Any hints what my be happening?

Make sure you are not filtering for hands with tags otherwise otherwise please attach screenshots of your entire PokerTracker 4 report windows either here or privately in a Support Ticket.
