I'm filtering for raises up to 3bbs

This hand is not filtered, altough BTN open raise 4bbs

Am I doing something wrong or it is a bug?

The size of the raise faced is how much a player has to call so if another player raises to 4BB then a player in the BB only has to call 3BB as they already have 1BB invested.
