Adding registration code in new country

Hi,

I just moved to Canada and got a new computer. I've installed Poker Tracker, but when I try to add my license key, nothing is coming up in my account. Is there something that is stopping me from seeing my license key? I would really like to add it to my new machine and get everything up and running.
