I just used the free trial period and will buy it, but still I have some questions. After I buy the software will I be billed for something like annuity? I mean is there a price for keeping the software or its just a one time purchase? other than that if maybe a new version is launched like PT5, will I have to buy the new version all over again or just update my now purchased one? Thanks!

There are no recurring charges for PokerTracker 4 and it's a one-time purchase. A PokerTracker 5 release is planned but I don't know if/when that will be or what upgrade discounts would be available to PokerTracker 4 owners.
