fast fold HUD not updating and or showing all players

Hi,


I have 2 problems and 1 question: problem 1: My Blitz Poker HUD on Americas Cardroom is not updating or showing all of the players stats. The players stats that do show up do not update for the current day and track the new days stats.


Problem 2: My fast fold game on Bet online 10 cent fast fold: It will show the players stats...all 5 of them....but it never updates fast enough to show the new tables stats. So I will move to a new table and it will have the stats from the table where I folded 4 hands ago in the past still.

Question: Can I download Pokertracker 4 on my phone? I might hop into these Xpoker mobile games because wtf are you doing playing poker on your phone ha? I see Xpoker is an allowed network for Pokertracker 4.
If I can also download xpoker on my computer, let me know, but I am assuming Xpoker is only mobile poker on the phone.

I have version 4.15.28 which is the most updated version I think.

That would be a symptom of hands not importing into PokerTracker 4 so are the hands you play actually appearing in your reports?

Those fast fold games are not currently supported. PokerTracker 4 doesn't know who is at the table when a new hands starts and only complete/finished fast fold hands from hand converters will import (if they write them).

PokerTracker 4 cannot be used on a phone. Support for asian sites such as X-Poker requires the use of the Hand Converter software and LDPlayer emulator. Converters are required for poker sites like this that do not write complete hand histories and/or do not natively run on Windows. A converter will write hand histories so that your hands can be imported into PokerTracker identically to every other site along with provide the ability to display a HUD on your poker table(s) for these sites and all of the Asian Poker sites must be run in an emulator since they are Android apps.
