Hi,

I've ran into a strange issue. My HUD is not working at specifically NL500HU on Pokerstars (the Delta Bootis pool). It works at NL500 6max, NL1k 6max, NL1k HU and NL200HU.

When I was playing, all of my active tables had active HUD profiles, bar the NL500HU game on Pokerstars.

Please can you advise?

Also, I tried a PC restart and the same issue occurred, HUD working everywhere else bar the NL500HU game. Weird.

I have the same issue, HUD working on hu 200 and not on hu 500

We have a pre-release version of PokerTracker 4 available with a fix for this issue so if you want to test that then please open a Support Ticket.

I don't think I'm following. Do you mean the pre-release version of PT4 already has this issue fixed, and that I need to open a support ticket in order to use it?

Yes that's correct. This version of PokerTracker 4 I am referring to isn't currently available as a public release so if you could try it out and let us know whether it resolves the issue for you or not.

Sorry for the long delay on this.

Just getting back to this now, and still experiencing the issue. Is the private version of PT4 still untested and requiring testing for the 500HUzoom pool on Pokerstars?

This fix was made publicly available on 4th March with the release of PokerTracker v4.15.29. Update to the latest version of PokerTracker 4
