Can you post a screenshot of what you see when you go to the purchase page now? I'm not sure whether add-ons are actually on sale yet - I'll see what I can find out for you.

The upgrade to the full version from the small stakes version will be slightly more than the difference, not the full price of the "full" version.

I'm told that upgrade discounting for staged purchases should be working now so please try it again. If you still don't see the discount applied please let us know and we'll check out that particular case too.

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'd just like to express my discontentment with regards to the recent pre-order offer of 70% off PT4.

Not that I have a problem with the offer itself, but as somebody who purchased PT3 roughly 2-3 months ago, ONLY to receive a free upgrade to PT4 (I never used the PT3 software itself, as a HEM1 user), I feel as though it's completely unfair that people who didn't do this are now getting PT4 for a much cheaper price than what I paid for PT3. Back then, I was under the impression that if I purchased PT3, then the free upgrade to PT4 would be cheaper than if I waited until PT4 came out, which it's now clearly not.

Honestly, I just feel completely ripped off, anything you could do to put this right would be much appreciated.

Regards,
Jason

Everyone who gets a discount (whether it be 100% like you, or 70% for people who bought PT3 before June 10, 2011) paid full price for PT3 (or earned it through a bonus scheme somehow).
You're getting PT4 for free having paid for PT3 - those who bought PT3 longer ago are also paying an upgrade fee (so are paying a bit more than you). No-one is getting PT4 cheaper than you did. The free upgrade is definitely cheaper than paying for the upgrade.
If you hadn't already bought PT3 you would have to pay full price now (which is actually $10 more than it was when you bought PT3).

Did try to order the Holdem & Omaha again but still see no discount. The discount should be displayed before i fill in my neteller details Agree?

Well, if I go to the help/register tab, then 'Click to register' I end up here on the PT3 purchase page:

and if I go to the community tab I see this page:

Followed by this page when I click on 'Preorder PokerTracker 4 Now!'

Baggers,

I see a pre-order on your account for PT4 already - once you've pre-ordered we remove that link for you because it's no longer needed.

The main purchase page will go live a week from tomorrow for everyone else - thank you for preordering!

Yes I know I've preordered PT4 Holdem, I just wanted to know how to order Omaha as well. If I can only do that in a weeks time that's fine, I don't mind waiting till then.

I think the addon only becomes available at that point - but it's not long now!
