Thanks for posting - the text of this message wasn't updated but will be for the next release.
That shouldn't prevent you actually importing the stakes as originally stated though.

Since you bought the micro stakes version of PT3 before the free upgrade cutoff you'll need to buy the upgrade for that (for the 70% discount), but will then receive the upgrade to the full version for free. Currently you'll need to purchase the upgrade in stages to match your PT3 purchases but we're working on updating the purchasing system so that isn't necessary. (I'm not sure when that will be done, though - it may already be done as it isn't something I can test personally, although I haven't had a notification of that.)

I have PT3 Holdem with the Omaha add on (both small stakes) do I now have to pay the full price for PT4 Holdem & Omaha or will there be an omaha add on for PT4 Holdem?

PT4 purchases work in the same way as PT3 purchases - if you make the same upgrades as you made PT3 purchases you'll get the discount for both.
Initially purchasing both together won't apply the correct discount but we're working on sorting out the system to allow that - currently you'll need to purchase the upgrades separately to see the discount.

Ok, I've paid for PT4 Holdem, but now I can't seem to see how I pay for the omaha upgrade.

Had a quick search but didn't find anything so apologies if this has already been asked.

If I buy the small stakes version of PT4 for holdem and later want to upgrade to all stakes, will it cost me the full $100 or would I just need to pay the difference of $40?

Thanks

Fairly certain it's the latter.
