WhiteRider wrote:It looks as if your sidebar splitter has been dragged to be very wide. If it's so wide that you can't see the edge of it to drag it back to the left, you can reset its position in the config, like this:

In the PT4 menu go to File > Open User Data Folder and then close PT4.
In the window that opened go to the Config folder and find the file called "GuiSettings.cfg", and open that file in Notepad.
Find the section called [Splitters], and there should be a line like this:

[Splitters]
WP-00-Shared.ControlBar=262

The number you have is probably much bigger than that.
Change the number to something like my value and save the file.
When you run PT4 again the sidebar width should be "normal" again, and you can then tweak the width to exactly what you want by dragging it.

you sir... are a genius :)

I just downloaded and installed PT4 today. Worked fine few hours ago.
Now just won't start. So pissed not even sure if I did the update.

Reinstalled program few times and then Postgres. Still keeps giving me this fatal error.

Don't know what else to do.

Please reboot your computer and then re-run the v4.10.2 installer from the PT4 Download Page.
The update should take less than a minute on any decent machine.

Are you certain you have 4.10.2 installed now? There isn't a database update for that version. What version did you update from?
