NoteTracker not taking any notes

I assume we're looking at "_richhhh" here?
I can't see why notes would show in the Replayer but not at a real table.
Please restart PT4 and play a few hands at a single table. Next time you see this please attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket along with the name of the player and a screenshot so that we can see what is going on.

The problem as described by repescov is exactly the same as me (I'd taken a photo at the start of this session as well but it illustrates things exactly the same).

When I've finished the session I'll restart PT4 and submit a support ticket after playing a few hands.
