Comodo is know to block Zoom HUD. If adding an exception for PokerTracker4.exe and PokerStars.exe doesn't work, the only known fix is to uninstall it.

Willing to uninstall, however what anti-virus would you recommend as a suitable (free) replacement, that doesn't interfere with PT4? Thanks

EDIT: I went with Avast Free Antivirus (currently editors top free antivirus choice on download.cnet.com), hopefully that is on the list of programs which works.

Also, *Sigh* STars servers have shut down this morning for about the last 2 hours so I can't test to see if HUD works yet, I will let you know when it's back up and tested how it goes. Also, please let me know if AVAST is a suitable replacement for Comodo that doesnt interfere with PT4. Thanks!!

We have a guide for how to configure popular security software to work with PT4.

The zoom HUD works great for me in general on Windows 7 but occasionally (maybe once or twice an hour while 4 tabling) it just disappears and I have to restart PT4 to get it back.
Hands still seem to be imported ok when this happened and I have a dual monitor setup with PT4 on one monitor and my poker tables tiled on the other if that could make a difference?

The dual monitor setup shouldn't make any difference. Next time you see this please make a copy of the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) before you restart PT4 (so that it isn't overwritten when you restart), and attach it to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate. Please tell us when it disappeared so that we can find the appropriate point in the logs.
Post your ticket number here so that we can follow up.
