Does pt4 support GG?

PokerTracker 4 doesn't currently support hands that are run more than twice but you can be notified of any change in this regard by opening a Support Ticket. Also if you examples of any other hands that are not importing please send them to us.

My graphs on PT4 reverse Pokercraft, allin EV in pokercaft is 3.15$ but in PT4 is -3.15$

Your PokerTracker 4 screenshot is 1,291 hands and PokerCraft reports 1,492 hands so it appears you are not looking at the same sample and naturally the results would be different. Also in the Pokercraft screenshot it says that multiway pots are not included in their all-in EV calculations and that is not true for PokerTracker 4. If you need any further assistance then please link/send us your hand history sample in a Support Ticket along with uncropped/unzoomed screenshots of your entire PokerTracker 4/Pokercraft report windows.

Hi - I have managed to import GG hand histories into PT4 but can't see them in my stats. The name Hero or my actual GG name does not appear in my list of names - only name is my Pokerstars name.

Make sure you are importing into the current active database via 'Configure -> Site & Import Options -> Preferences' and that you don't have any filters set otherwise attach your sample of hands and a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window either here, via PM or to a Support Ticket.

I have a bit of a problem here. After importing GGpoker hh's into PT4 I dont see them. I mean under the "view stats" window player is sat as (GG)Hero but all I see is blank next to it. It's like pt didnt even import the hands at all. Can you give me a little help with it?

Did you import cash or tournament hands? PokerTracker 4 separates cash and tournament data so you would need to be in correct section ($/T) to see the hands. If you are in the correct section then make sure that no filters or tags are active that would prevent the hands from appearing otherwise please attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window either here or privately in a Support Ticket so we can see what you are seeing.
