Until we can get this fixed you can revert to v4.10.2 here (or Mac version here).

Thanks

Happened to me twice on Ipoker. Had to restart the PC. Going back to v4.10.2.

Similar prob here except since update been unable to start PT4 and getting this error message.

"Unable to create PostgreSQL database: PT4 DB
Reason: Unable to login to database (template1). Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "???" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432? "

Reverted to earlier version but same problem continues.

Help please !

That isn't a problem in PT4, it is a problem with PostgreSQL.

Click Start and type 'services' and open the Services window.
Do you see PostgreSQL in the list?
Is it started?
Can you start it?

Problems with PostgreSQL can often be related to security software, so please review our Firewall Guide.

Not listed in the Services window. Can't start Postgres from anywhere and did all the av/firewall steps followed by restart and still not much happens. All was fine yesterday :(

If PostgreSQL is not in the Services list then you will need to install it - if you already have a database be sure to install the same major version that you had before (e.g. PT4 installs PostgreSQL 9.0 by default, but you may have 8.3 or 8.4 if you installed a long time ago).

Review the guides here if you need help reinstalling PostgreSQL.

Same problem here, also on the stats page, I can't seem to get the filter and the graphs at the same time it just looks like:

[ img ]

When I close the tray, I will only get a graph on the page, and the program freezes after 2/3 clicks (same problem in the "play poker" tab)

Same problem after I reverted back to 4.10.2...

It looks as if your sidebar splitter has been dragged to be very wide. If it's so wide that you can't see the edge of it to drag it back to the left, you can reset its position in the config, like this:

In the PT4 menu go to File > Open User Data Folder and then close PT4.
In the window that opened go to the Config folder and find the file called "GuiSettings.cfg", and open that file in Notepad.
Find the section called [Splitters], and there should be a line like this:

[Splitters]
WP-00-Shared.ControlBar=262

The number you have is probably much bigger than that.
Change the number to something like my value and save the file.
When you run PT4 again the sidebar width should be "normal" again, and you can then tweak the width to exactly what you want by dragging it.
