Please restart PT4 and after it starts up click File --> Open User Data Folder. In that folder is a text file called PokerTracker4 - please send us that file via our support system referencing this thread and we'll look into it for you. Your log will report the exact amount of RAM available so we'll be able to better tell what's going on once we see it. If you could post the ticket number here (or PM it to me) that would also be helpful.

I have 4Gb, but have the same values like you.

You probably have too much memory being taken by on-board video so that you actually have closer to 3.5GB. It is also possible that you are running Windows XP which can only access 3GB. We only will activate the 4GB profile if Windows has a full 4GB of memory available.

you right, video taken to much memory and actually i see in windows 3.5Gb (Windows 7 64bit).
If i increase memory size how can I tune again postgreSQL?

In response to your feedback we will be adding a 3G profile.

You can re-run tuning (or revert tuning) in the Database --> Database Management window under Housekeeping.

If you are using PostgreSQL 9.0-x64 we can take advantage of the extra RAM your machine has and we should detect that and give you a higher profile in that case. Are you running PostgreSQL for 64 bit Windows?

Then you should be getting at least the 4G profile - what are you seeing?

In the Database Management window click Housekeeping -> Tune PostgreSQL.

Then after it finishes (it should only take a moment), close Database Management and click File --> Open user Data Folder. Open the PokerTracker text file that's there and scroll to the bottom - near the bottom it will tell you what profile was used and what values were changed.
