Hi, I have a couple of questions please.

Q1. I understand that when you create an 'observed hands' database in addition to the existing 'played hands' database, the stats you see on HUD can be configured to be from both databases.
But what about when you look at a player's stats in PokerTracker 4 itself? For example, when I look at a player's stats after observing and playing against him, will the stats I see about him be from the both databases or just from the 'played hands' database which is the database set to be 'active' in Database > Database Management?

Q2. Is it possible to combine two databases into one, if you wanted to at a later stage?

Thanks.

Q1: yes, you can configure HUD to take stats from multiple databases, but as I understand it, when you go thru players' statistics in PT4, it takes them from current ACTIVE database.

Q2: I don't think so, I never saw this function in PT3 or PT4. But why would you want to combine (merge) them?

Re Q2: Wouldn't it be useful to be able to draw data from the both 'played' & 'observed' hands databases when you're analyzing stats of a player, rather than from the one, 'active' database only?

The only way to merge data for report purposes is to reimport the hands from one database into another.
