Click File --> Open Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is there - it's called PokerTracker4.log and may look like a text file called PokerTracker4.

I have deleted your log and attached it to the issue in our system. For future reference please attach your logs to a Support Ticket - that is private and allows us to pass them on the development team more easily.

I have your logs and a link to this thread, but if you want to open a ticket I will link that to the issue as well and that will mean that you get an automated notification if an update for this is released.

Those of you with this problem - the development team are investigating this issue now, and have found the cause of the difference.
It is related to transparency, and if that wasn't needed it would be an easy fix.
So, the question:

When you guys see this problem with your small fonts, is transparency important to you?

From the screenshots I've seen (here and in tickets) it seems like you have everything solid, and I imagine for small text it needs to be that way to make things clear - is that the case? If we can disable transparency we should be able to give you the display you want pretty quickly, as I understand it.

Yes! As for me, I think I will never use transparency for my HUD layouts... Then you have so many text on screen, the most important thing to read it quick. But for my ticket (117516) I want to note important thing - font I'm using not only fuzzy (because of transparency as you said) but also little larger than it meant to be!
