Add Aliases does not work

Hey mine's been running for 11 hours now is that normal? 4 of the hours parallel with PT3 and 3 poker clients open

Cereus 250k hands in 3,2k tours, 16k players

2,53GHz duo core 2
6bg ram
win7 64bit

That seems longer than I'd expect. If you look in the PokerTracker4.log file what is the last line there?

How about reworking the Alias feature all together?

Make it like HEM - its easy, efficient, does not take any time or resources and it makes it very easy to add, subtract additional names to it, while still be able to access them all separately.

Changes to the alias system are being considered but I don't know at this time what the end result is going to be.

Hi,

I started adding my old FT alias to my main 888 id at around 20:00 last night. It was still going this morning !! 11h+

I really wouldn't expect it to take that long - how many hands do you have for these names?
If you haven't yet restarted PT4 please attach your PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket so that we can see what is going on.
(If you've restarted since you added the alias the log will have been overwritten.)

About 700k on 888 and maybe 500k on FT, not sure.
I had to shut the computer down so I guess the log file will be gone ? No dramas though as I can try it again tonight and if its the same I will attach the file to a support ticket as you suggest.
