Hi, have the exact same crash at the same amount of hands (roughly after 89k hands), is there a fix in development or do you need a ticket?

Please open a ticket and post the ticket number here. The more information we get the better - you may have a completely different issue than OP.

Can you help me finding the log file?
Is it already saved on my pc or do I need to start the program now and change something (and afterwards do the import process again)

just realized that from my pt3 cash database only 18k hands out of approximately 170k hands are shown in my results stats.
i have done all the aliases in the tournament section and they were automatically done for the cash games but so many hands are missing.

what i did was to make a first attemt to import the pt3 database which failed because of the locale settings, i cancelled during process
then cahnged the local settings and did it again. what should i do?

Furo,

If you have PT4 closed don't open it - that will overwrite the log. Click Start, click on My Computer, in the bar up top type %appdata% and hit enter. Go up one directory, then into Local Settings and Roaming then PokerTracker 4. The log file is in there. (You can get to it more easily when PT4 is open by clicking File --> Show Data Directory.)

pitsirkos,

Are you using the most recent beta version? There have been fixes made regarding aliases.

Please try zipping it up - it should compress to be considerably smaller (text compresses well).

Hmm, so import rates of 10k hands per hour is normal? I'm on 450k over 43 hours and have 40k to go, not to mention the 15k summaries that haven't started yet. Is that what everyone else has?

My computer isn't exactly new but I'm not on Windows XP either.
