Hi, thank you so much Flag_Hippo for replying. Unfortunately even with the full cache rebuild I didn't fix it, everything works correctly but I can't see the monthly graph. I've created the support bundle. I have a zip file with 2 files with .cfg extension inside. What should I do now? Thanks again

If that's all that's inside the support bundle then you haven't enabled logging (or restarted PokerTracker 4 after enabling it) so make sure that 'Enable Logging' is enabled in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options', restart PokerTracker 4, reproduce the problem again and then create a new support bundle. After creating the new support bundle open a Support Ticket via this link and attach the support bundle:
