1.19.6, yes?

Have you been through the PAH Support Wizard?
Are the hands importing into PT2 OK?
Do you see the tables listed in the PAH window?

Yeah, version 1.19.6.

As far as configuration, the tables never show in the main window.
The support wizard says to pretty much view this:
http://www.pokertracker.com/products/PA ... page=cfgub

It seems that PT doesn't import the hands from UB, but PAHUD processes them and moves them to a folder.

For what it's worth, I enabled logging in PAHUD and it's not even trying to look for the UB HH files.

It maybe worth nothing that I have PAHUD installed:
D:\program files\PokerAce Hud\Data\UltimateBet\HandHistories

While UB want's to save my HH on my C drive in 'My Documents'.

The UB HH's are there, just that PAHUD does nothing with them. I bet it's looking for the HH on my D drive and not C.

It imports if I copy the UB HH from C:\My doc.... and Paste them into D:\My Doc..

However, I can't figure out a way to create a shortcut from D:\My Doc.. to C:\My Doc so that PAHUD recognizes it.

I guess because shortcuts get a .lnk extension in Windows XP.

[edit] I guess it's worth noting that I can't copy-n-paste the HH from C:\My Doc.. I paste a shortcut.

I'm not really familiar with UB, but it looks like PAH doesn't use the UB HH files at all, and that you should configure PT2 to import from the D:\program files\PokerAce Hud\Data\UltimateBet\HandHistories folder, rather than c:.

That link you gave says that you shouldn't use a hand grabber - you're not, are you?
I wonder also whether you should turn OFF the option in UB to write hand histories to file...

I think how it works is PAH imports the UB HH and moves it do the data directory of where it's installed.
Then you configure PT2 to import the HH from that directory.

As far as configuring PT2 to import from D:\program files..., the files never get there because PAH doesn't look in C:\.

I did copy-n-paste the entire install directory of PAH over to the c: drive and it did start importing hands, though badly. It sort of pick-and-chose which hands it wanted to import and only did it for a single table.

I guess I"m going to try uninstalling and re-installing PAH to the C drive as i'm guessing there are some registry keys that would otherwise have to be manually modified.

No, but I've been considering giving it a try.

If I turn off the option in UB to save the HH files, then how in the world is PAH going to know about the hands? I don't think it reads from RAM does it? My understanding it pulls data from flat files and processes them.

Anyways, so far this seems like a bug with having it installed on the D drive. I'll look into installing it on C.

It was just a thought, because the folder PAH suggests you get PT2 to import from is a subfolder of PAH:
D:\program files\PokerAce Hud\Data\UltimateBet\HandHistories
..not of UB.
This makes me think that PAH is getting the HHs directly from the UB application rather than from the HH files it outputs.
At most other sites, where PAH reads the output HH files, you configure PAH to look in the <site>\HH folder, but this seems completely different.

Anyways, so far this seems like a bug with having it installed on the D drive. I'll look into installing it on C.

That sounds feasible, but I'll see if I can find someone who knows to check this thread over.

Installing it on my C drive worked.

I guess PAH on the D drive can't read the UB HH on the C drive.
