Stats Show Up but never update

PokerTracker Omaha 1.13.00

PokerAce 1.19.6 beta

hands are importing into PTO

PokerAce starts up and show stats on the table for the players I have played against before but never updates their stats nor shows the stats of new players (even If i sit and play several hundred hands against them)

I am using Vista and running both programs as administrator

There are no filters in PokerAce set up, refresh rate is set at the preset amounts, min no of hands etc all normal.

Any suggestions?

Make sure that the database you are importing your hands into is selected in PokerAce Hud under Options->Preferences->Databases->Omaha. PTO should list the database you are importing into at the top of the import window.

If that is not the issue, enable logging, open your poker client, play 30+ hands on a 'single' table then send me the PAhud.log file via the Support system so that I can troubleshoot the issue.
