Fatal exception ... Ongame

Hi Support!

I get following error message:

"Fatal exception occurred while processing hand history file"

and no overlay stats at ongame! Sometime the stats appear for a second.

What's the Prob?

Open 'My Computer' and browse to your OnGame directory and delete any file named 'User*Statistics.db'. OnGame will automatically recreate a new one of these files the next time a hand is played. You will then need to remove the old 'User*Statistics.db' file in PokerAce Hud and add the new one. Options->Preferences->Poker Sites->PokerRoom. You should also do the same in your PokerTracker import window.
