getting tournament summaries?

so basically all my sng/tourney stats are off because, although pokertracker records how many tourneys i play and the buyin, it doesn't record the tournament summaries. pt told me that i'm missing at least one (likely all) summaries so, b/c it doesn't know how i finished in each tourney (it just has all the hand histories from each tourney) it can't tell my proper roi. as a result, pt claims i have a -100% roi. how do i make sure pt gets the tourney summaries/info it needs to properly record my roi?

This should be posted in the PokerTracker forum...

You need to request your tournament summaries through the poker clients lobby. They will then email you the requested summaries. Copy/paste this email into a text file then manually import into PokerTracker and then the tournament information will be complete/correct.

This is a really newb question, but if I have just started a database (only played 4 tournaments so far) I can just enter my finishing place and money won after each tournament right? Importing tournament summaries via text file is only used when you have a whole ton of previously played tournies you want info for? There is no added info in the summaries that is required if I already know my placing and money won. Correct?

Yes, you can manually enter this information as well. # of players in the tournament will not be accurate without the summary so you should update that as well if it is important to you.

Sorry for posting in the wrong forum. How do I request that FTP send me tournament summaries? I know how to save hand histories but I'm not sure how to get tourney summaries from them.

Unfortunately, Full Tilt does not offer this feature. :( Both PokerStars and PartyPoker do... It is unfortunate since this information is not in their hand histories therefore your only alternative is to manually enter your results via Tournaments->Enter Results.

I have heard that Full Tilt is planning on offering this service to request tournament summaries; however, you never know with their site. They seem to say things then they are never completed.
