Full Tilt Stats Problem

Just bought a new laptop today with windows vista,
got pt and pahud configured but the stats arent showing up correctly.

I have no filters set, pt is importing hands as I play, I have the correct database, and the correct file name for full tilt hh file.

I started a session and it worked fine for the first 10-20 minutes showing other players stats when I wasnt seated at the table yet and I was just observing the tables. But when I sat down and started playing, my stats are still showing N/A N/A N/A after 361 hands, and the other players stats stopped updating. For example; player stats show 93 hands on hud, but in pt they have played 300 hands...

please help,

Are you sure you're pointing at the correct HH directory?
FTP has a Hand History folder for observed hands, and a subfolder <username> for played hands.
Make sure you're pointing PAH at both.
