No Stats at Ongame and Shutdown Message

Postby vecernicek » Fri Apr 04, 2008 5:50 pm

Hi,

For the last several sessions on Ongame I've had trouble with HUD. First, it would take anywhere between 15min-1.5hrs after I started playing to start showing stats (usually around 45m to an hour).

Recently I am not getting stats at all after 1.5-2hrs. PT seems to be loading the games ok.

Most recently, after about 2 hours without stats displayed, it suddenly shit down with this message:

[bc9z]"Error: Access violation at 0x7c9... (tried to write to 0x00000000), program terminated."
[/bc9z]
??
Any help appreciated.

Remove your OnGame database files from PokerAce Hud under Options->Preferences->Poker Sites->PokerRoom.

Then browse to your OnGame directory and delete all User*Statistics.db files. The next time you play a hand, OnGame will automatically create a new User*Statistics.db file. Add this into PokerAce Hud and see if that resolves the issue.

(Make sure that you update your PT reference to this file as well)

Best regards,

Derek

No luck. :(

And I played about 2 hours multi-tabling 5 tables.

If you are going to ask me to do the 30 hand at a 'single' table thing can I ask you in advance to clarify whether I need to NOT multi-table when I do the logging, or do I just need to make sure I stay at one of my tables for at least 30 hands?

I would prefer if you only played 30+ hands on a 'single' table. The more tables you have open the more congested the log file becomes and the harder it is to pinpoint the issue and get it resolved quickly. And you are right, the next step is a log file ;)
