Unable to connect to pokerace software registration server

Trying to run pokerace on my laptop, and get this message when i attempt to enter my registration code.

Something is preventing PokerAce Hud from connecting to the Internet. Do you have a firewall installed? Make sure that PAHud.exe is allowed to access the Internet. Try temporarily disabling your firewall to confirm if this is the issue.
