PokerRoom Multitables problem

Hi I wrote a mail to the support system but some part of the mail missing, here the entier message :

" When I play 3-4 tables on PokerRoom PAHUD works fine, but when I get to 4+ it starts to get very slow, after an hour it gets rediculous. There will be some stats on some players(the regulars I have couple hands on), but no stats on players that are new this session.

I have my refresh rates at every 2 hand for players <100 hands, so that isn't the problem.

It's like PAHUD gets worse the longer I play, I try closing it and reopening it, but it takes like >5mins for any stats to display and it doesn't help a lot.

I did what you told me last time :
" Open 'My Computer' and delete the following file:

C:\Program Files\PokerRoom.com\Resources\Databases\User12258364Statistics.db

OnGame will create another User*.db file. Remove the file that you deleted above from PokerAce Hud and add in the new User*.db file that is created. Options->Preferences->Poker Sites->PokerRoom "

but the problem still here, this is very frustating..
