Poker Ace help

Hi.

I have recently purchased both Poker Tracker 2 and Poker Ace Hud and am experiencing some problems. I wonder if you may be able to help as I couldnt' find the answers from searching the forums.

1. While Poker Ace is running on my table, some players have no statistics, even though I have hundreds of hands with this player within Poker Tracker. All other players are correct.

2. If I am not sat at a table, should I expect Poker Ace to still bring up the table in the software and show statistics for the players who are so that I can evaluate which table to sit at? Currently they don't.

Other information:

I use Windows XP
Poker Tracker version 2.17.01g
I have PAHUD pointing to crypto and 6 max tables selected.
Poker Tracker uses the 'moved processed files' facility to another location. I have to do this or it re-processes all hands every time. Could this affect anything?

Enable logging, open Crypto, play 30+ hands on a 'single' table then send me the PAHud.log file via the [url=http://www.pokertracker3.com/support/ncc]Support system[/urlncc] so that I can troubleshoot the issue. If a certain player's stats are not being displayed and you are sure that you have a sufficient amount of hands on them in your database, please make note of the player's name in your support message. We will get it working properly for you. :)

Cryptologic only writes hand histories if you are dealt into the hand therefore PokerAce Hud is unable to display stats on the table until you are seated, dealt into a hand and that hand has finished. This varies by site depending on the sites policies...

Good, you should be moving your processed files. Just make sure that you do not have this processed files directory configured in PokerAce Hud. The only directory that you should have configured in PokerAce Hud is where your <Crypto site>\log directory.
