Tilt hand records retrieval from 1 game to the next

I play on Tilt and Stars and believe that I have this problem on both sites but it is for sure on Tilt. I have been using PT for years now but am just trying the PAHUD preview version. I now finally got it configured so that records are being properly displayed for the game in which I am playing. PA does not seem to remember though that it has seen me or an opponent in another game, only showing the current game stats. It does remember opponents in a MTT that I meet again later in that tournament but not in the next one that we enter.
I think that this is a PT problem because it will only import data from the table on which I am playing and not from tables that I am watching. I am not able to "mine" data.
Maybe this is two problems and maybe it will go away when I buy PT3. I do not plan to buy PA, am just going to wait a few weeks and get the package as I am not very literate when it comes to this stuff. I sure hope the 3 automatically gets all the data from PT2 or I will be in trouble.:-) You fellows will be fine I am sure. ps Your tutorials are great and got me thru the PA install. TY

PokerStars does not allow you to import hands on observed hands while Full Tilt does.

Your self stats are always for the current table session and this is not configurable. Your opponents stats are their lifetime stats (in your database) unless if otherwise filtered via Options->Preferences->Filters

Enable logging, open Full Tilt, play a single MTT or 30+ hands on a cash table then send me the PAHud.log file via the [url=http://www.pokertracker3.com/support/cc6]Support system[/urlcc6] so that I can troubleshoot the issue. We will get it working properly for you.

I feel like a dunce. I read the forum posts and all the tuts that I can find but I can no longer get PA to recognize FT. The only change I made was to enable logging and then I restarted it. I was playing on Stars this AM (ring) and everything was working fine including the fact that I had data on 2 of the players at my table from hand 1. At one time I saw a link that asked if PA was recognizing the table but can't seem to relocate it.

I have tried the blundering method of clicking on each combination of settings in the preferences/full tilt both w/o logging and with it to no avail. I let them sit for 2 hands before I try the next. I am not using avatars and have that configured properly in the layout section.

It is probably something dumb. As I mentioned before, I lack much literacy in computers and data management.

btw - PT is getting a hand or two every minute and I am running no other sites or tables.

[color=#008040g45]I busted out of that tourney and immediately got into another one and, this time everything is working fine. I made no setting changes but did open a Stars table. Some things are beyond me. Sorry to be such a pain.[/colorg45]

I sent one last night after the 2nd tourney and referred to a post here but maybe I wasn't specific enough. The log file was a FT mtt "starring" wizards. Thanks for your help John

I just tried to submit it but doen't think that the log got attached. did the support ticket get created? You have tried very hard to give me assistance and I have beem little if any help. How about if we just wait for PT3 w/HUD to come out, I will buy that and, if I have trouble there, I will return for your help again. Thank you
