no table stats available

i play on ipoker. pokertracker works and all hh are stored correct. pah detects my table, but is not able to show my and the other players stats on the table. only the table statistics are displayed but they all say n/a and the pot size always stays "0".

i read the manual, the forum and checked all filters (on my old computer everything worked good with party, but now i changed my computer (vista) and also changed to ipoker), i can´t see a mistake i possibly made. please help me.

Enable logging, open iPoker, play 30+ hands on a 'single' table then send me the PAHud.log file via the [url=http://www.pokertracker3.com/support/5w5]Support system[/url5w5] so that I can troubleshoot the issue.

first of all i would like to thank you: indeed installing pah beta 1.19.5 was the solution
that my table stats did not work.

i want to give you some feedback and ask some questions in addition:

unfortunately pah only detects a table when i am already sitting down, not when i only open it
(like it´s said in the documentary) and the potsize average always stays "0", even when
i play more than 10 hands (like it is said in the general preferences "hands used for average")

when i check the filter "show stats from current limit only" the table stats disappear, but imo this is a very
important option. is there any improvement implemented in the final version 1.19? or is there any
possibility to handle this with the pt filter "auto rate players" only with one specific limit?
or has this pt filter only to do with overall ratings like "fish" or "rock" or so?

finally: is there any possiblity to datamine on ipoker?

Can you point me to the documentation where it says that PAH will display stats on observed iPoker tables? iPoker does not write hand histories for observed tables so this is not possible and if that is in the documentation it is wrong and I would like to correct it.

Regarding the pot size, this is a known issue which we are still working on resolving...

Show Stats from the Current Limit Only should work. Are you playing 6max? Make sure that your hands are being imported into PokerTracker as 6max. You need to check 'Treat all hands as 6max' in the PT import window.
