There are many many improvements in PT3.
Primarily there is more information in the database, which means more stats as well as the option to build custom stats for any that aren't built in.
The HUD is more configurable, imports are faster. There are plenty more too.

There is a 60 day free trial, so give it a go.
You'll want to get Beta 28.3.

I've had it confirmed - PAH does not show popup stats for hero.

Hunh? Always has, albeit current table stats only.

Still working in v1.19.4 for me.

PT3 looks very complex to me think i will stick to what i got

PT3 is much more powerful, so is a little more complex in some aspects but it works in much the same way.
Have a look through the Documentation and try out the free trial. If there's anything you don't understand we're here to help.
You will need to move over at some point because once all sites and functionality from PT2 is included then PT2 and PAH will no longer be supported (after a while - there is no date for this yet).

this needs to be made alot more user friendly.
if poker tracker 2 and hud was stopped and it remained like this i would stop playing poker for good.

What is it that you don't understand?
Did you look at theQuick Start Guide in the Documentation?
