Allin Hands Report -- Cash

Please help; how can I make the following reports?

- Hands I pushed allin pre-flop or flop (and of course once I know this I can make reports for other streets)--REGARDLESS of whether anyone called or not
- Hands I called allin preflop or flop
- [or the combined version] Hands I pushed allin preflop or flop OR hands I called allin preflop or flop
