Can't login to my database

I've just opened PT3 and to my big surprice i can't logon to my database according to PT3.

It looks like this:

What to do? I've got about 20k hands i really need.

Do you have postgres running?
Try restarting the service: Start -> Programs -> Postgres -> Start Service.

Hmm that fixed the problem.
I've never had that problems before so dont know what has happened.

I just fixed that same problem after reading this thread. I never had it before either.
